Step 2: Secure Your Order with a Downpayment

Once we finalize the design, we’ll send you a detailed proposal for your approval. To place the order, a 20% downpayment (of the subtotal) and a signed contract are required. This secures your materials and moves your custom building into production.

Step 3: Prepare Your Site and Permits

While your building is being prepared (typically 4–6 weeks), it’s the perfect time to:

For ground installation, the area must be within 4 inches of level.

Apply for Permits: If your jurisdiction requires permits, we’ll provide all the necessary plans and documents to assist with approval.

Step 4: Professional Installation
